Occupational Therapy—OTD
The Entry-level Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program combines academics and fieldwork experiences to develop highly skilled healthcare practitioners, enabling them to assist clients in achieving health, well-being, and participation in life through engagement in occupation across the lifespan, i.e., from infants to older adults.
The OTD curriculum combines graduate OT education and hands-on training with additional coursework focused on occupation and evidence-based practice, leadership, advocacy, and policymaking. 星空无限传媒 OTD program is unique in that Christian values are embedded in our curriculum and embodied in our faculty and staff. PROGRAM LENGTH
This 105-credit program is completed by full-time students in three years (nine semesters).

This program is offered face to face on the main campus.
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Apply through the Occupational Therapy Centralized Application Service (OTCAS) by June 5 for Fall Semester.
- Applicants with a minimum of 3.0 GPA will be prioritized.
- No GRE required

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required in all core OT prerequisite courses.
- Complete required prerequisite courses. A grade of “C” or better is required. Prerequisite course requirements are listed here.
- Submit an application at the Occupational Therapy Centralized Application Service (OTCAS). Go to .
- Observation Hours: 20 hours of observation strongly recommended.
- Recommendations: Two recommendation letters- one from an occupational therapist, professor, or from an employer/supervisor, clergy, a second occupational therapist or any health care professional.
- Qualified applicants attend an in-person or virtual interviews.
- Submit a personal statement explaining why you chose Occupational Therapy as a career and how this degree aligns with your immediate and long-term professional goals.
- Advanced placement and transfer credits are not accepted.
- Work experience is not required.
