Tom Goodwin, professor of biology, will host an Environmental Book Club discussion as part of the 2008 Creative Arts Festival. Books that will be discussed include: Bill McKibben鈥檚 The Comforting Whirlwind: God, Job, and the Scale of Creation, Michael Pollan鈥檚 The Omnivore鈥檚 Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals, Matthew Sleeth鈥檚 Serve God, Save the Planet: A Christian Call to Action, and Edward Wilson鈥檚 The Creation: An Appeal to Save Life on Earth.
